History: 粽子 is a traditional Chinese rice dish made of sticky rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo or reed leaves. They are cooked by steaming or boiling. 粽子 are eaten during the Dragon Boat Festival to commemorate the Chinese poet Qu Yuan.
